The profile of the guild is pretty social yet looking for progression.

We want our new friends to be
a) bring in a positive attitude towards the game
b) never being afraid to wipe but be smart enough to learn from it
c) be ready and prepared for the challenges we face
d) see loot as a reward for work which is shared in a team, not as an obligation you and only you are entitle to this purple stuff (yes, loot******* are not really appreciated).
e) take things not too seriously as they come (standby's, server outage, thunder, lightning, ceteris paribus)
